Within Techstreet Enterprise, this feature enables you to monitor which users are downloading more PDFs than the selected threshold. When enabled, any user that downloads the set threshold of documents or more within a 24-hour period will appear in the Heavy Download report for that day. Heavy Download users will also be included in a daily email to all Administrators.
It’s easy to set up. You can find the feature under User Administration, and the threshold can be set from 10 to 100 documents. Administrators will only get emails when the feature is enabled and a user exceeds the set threshold in a 24 hour period. We recommend that all Techstreet Enterprise customers set up this feature.
