Mike’s Minute: Techstreet Enterprise Tip of the Month—Consider Single Sign On (SSO) for Authentication

Mike Visser

Hear from our Techstreet Enterprise Senior Product Manager, Mike Visser:

It’s true. Single Sign On (SSO) can make an administrator’s life easier. With SSO, your organization’s users can log into Techstreet Enterprise using their organization credentials. Techstreet won’t ever know the user’s organizational password. In the world of SSO, the user’s organization tells us whether a user still has rights to access Techstreet Enterprise, and new users are created on the fly at log in. For large organizations, this can significantly simplify user management. No more adding users one by one. With SP-initiated SSO, you won’t have to delete users either; when they leave your organization, they will not be able to log into Techstreet Enterprise via SSO.
